Waiting, waiting for a pilot!

Two hours later and we’re still sitting waiting for a pilot! Strange sitting on a lake with six ships also waiting.

Part of the Panama Canal transit agreement is that you have to provide the pilot with a meal. And that’s a cooked breakfast this morning! We did have a chuckle last night when our pilot stated matter of fact “Is my dinner cooked?”

Starting to get warm and the howler monkeys can still be heard. We’re hoping we get to see an alligator!
