We are motor sailing in convoy with two catamarans. According to the schedules we are due to be at the Miraflores Lock at 3.20pm local time. As ever, this is with a health warning!

It’s 1845 local time and we are approaching the first lock. We are behind a large blue and red ship and are the only yacht – so you won’t be able to miss us! Due to enter the lock at 1900 local time.

So a few people have shown interest in trying to spot Adina on the Panama Canal webcams.
